The first week back and it is as if I haven’t left. The team has welcomed me back and I have picked up where I left off. My supervisor Sheila was not in during the week but had left a series of tickets for me to work on. The assignments were mainly basic troubleshooting to get my feet wet and back into the rhythm of working again. I had several laptops and desktops that I reimaged with our new operating system. I’m told that next week will prove to be more challenging as my supervisor will be able to set my goals for the semester and focus on new topics.
